de-install phone manager vers 2.1X, clean out registry settings, try to install phone manager vers 4.2 latest, and half way through the message comes up, please remove phone manager 3.1 first?
Anyone come across this/found a solution?

Cheers
Ian

Is there still a reference to it in the "Add or Remove programs" section of control panel? I have done the same as you I cleared the Reg settings etc but it left a reference in there I had to remove.

ACS - IP Office Implement

Look if [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{20D9E71A-F736-494E-873B-4DD644894A97}]exist

If it is please delete it and try to install the new User CD

:)

If you did deinstall phone manager and it does not want to go away then use this tool:

ACA - Implement IP Office
ACS - Implement IP Office
ACA - Implement IP Telephony
ACA - Voice Services Management

@ rocomtelecom, that worked, so I haven't had to try tlpeter's suggestion. Have a star, as monkeys would have developed into people again before I'd have found that!
