Problems creating Win2K ERDs

I am running a Windows/2000 Professional machine and I am having problems creating the emergency repair diskettes. When I run the process, I am receiving the error message "The operation failed. The disk file was not found or was inaccessible". I have tried creating the diskette with and without the registry backup option checked and I get the same error.

Can anyone suggest how I can create a ERD?

Any help will be welcome. Thanks..
