Recently we moved wour SCCS and Web Client Server to a new location wit new IP addresses, all is working fine but when we try to generate a report we receive this error message "No supervisor had been defined on the server XXXX", and we can not acces the skillset assingmet or change priorities using the webclient interface.

May be there is something we are missing!

You have to run the changeip.exe on the web server. You can find the file @ C:/Program Files/Nortel Networks/WClient/Apps/SupportUtil

Just double-click the icon and enter the information it ask you for.

Interesting, going to do the same next month....

matatan, what type of SW do you have on SCCS and SWC? Other things to be aware of?

Thanks!

I have a SCCS 4.2 and SWC 4.0 that need new IP-addresses (moving from one site to another).

Anyone that has a description on how to change IP-address on SWC 4.0?

TWM was talkning about changeip.exe, but I can't find any documentation about this utility. NTP does not describe how to change IP-addresses on SWC.

Thanks!

matatan,
Be sure to change the SWC ip address reference on the SCCS as well. Then double check your ELAN and CLAN ip addresses for both servers to make sure they all match up.
...good luck!

skaret, I believe this came out with 4.5. Did you search for this utility on your 4.0? Worst case, delete the SCCS site in SWC and re-add it. Of course, if you have access partitions and report groups, etc. built in your SWC you would need to rebuild all that..
