(Cross posted in the Cisco Switch forum as well)...

I am trying to connect two 3Com 4400 switches to ports 9 and 10 on a Cisco 2950. When I do, I get a ton of collision errors and serious latency. No VLANs on the 3Com switches and the Cisco switch. The ports on both the Cisco and 3Com switches are set to 100/Full. No trunk links on either.

Any ideas, suggestions, recommendations to help me troubleshoot and fix this problem?

Thanks,
Jeff

Try setting the 3 Com switches to no Autonegiation and 100f and no flow control.
