Problems conecting Zyxel Router P662 and Greenbow Client

Any greenbow and/or zyxel experts out there who can help ...

I'm trying to set up a laptop to connect to my Zyxel router. i think i've set up everything correctly but am having problems connecting.

with my laptop on the local LAN (behind Zyxel) if i run the client i get a connection ...

In the zyxel VPN log i see a connection

If i disconnect the laptop from the network and then connect up via my 3g card i get no connection in the VPN log and in the greenbow console i don't get the RECV msg ..

Any suggestions ? is there something i need to configure in the zyxel Firewall ? any suggestions on how i can debug this ?

My Vista machine was like that with a Windows VPN---it would connect fine wired, but not wireless...I think I changed mine from main mode to aggressive mode, but not too sure (can't remember---I have long since wiped Shitsta and loaded XP Pro

after much playing i have found that the problem is with my 3G phone... if i use a dial up modem .... it works ....

ideas ? it's the 3g phone that i really want to get working ...

I've tried connecting via my neighbors DSL line and i'm getting exactly the same problem .....

Phase 1 works in all situations but phase 2 fails because it doesn't get a message back from the VPN server

Anyone ?
