visited a site yesterday that has an Avaya IP Office V2 with a phone8/PRIS U and a combo6210/BRI4 VCM32 V2, dialing in and out of the ISDN2 is fine, inbound and outbound and has been supplied by BT, however when trying to Dial in or out over the PRI30 supplied by colt, you just get error tone and the call drops, when watching the call via system status it doesn't even pick up a channel, i changed the Line Sub type to ETSI CHI and it then allowed calls out over the line, however it still does not allow calls in, i know the line works as can plug it into a BCM on site and can dial in/out?? has anyone ever experienced this before or have any suggestions bit stuck where to go with it.
