Problems backing up Lotus Notes database with Veritas

I'm having a problem backing up a Lotus notes database. I'm using Veritas Netbackup fp 4. The error message is, Can't open Lotus Notes Database:Lotus Notes:\D:\Restored Files\ (<Lotus Notes:0x1>:Release 6.0.2CF2|July 23,2003)

Another error message was,Can't open Lotus Notes Database:Lotus Notes:\D:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-91303508-350884642-1519150681-1835\
Would anyone no of any capatiblity issues with Veritas and this release of Lotus Notes? Any advice would be much appreciated!
