A couple weird issues after an upgrade:

6900 series phones have functional CAS but history on the phone is not complete. If a report is run on the hq server the data is there, but it does not reflect this on the phone's history, it has gaps in the history where calls should be. When the history button is pushed, a call to the hq server is made (if I've read the pcap correctly). This is fixed by an HQ server reboot. However, rebooting the HQ server has become dangerous as on a reboot GPO is being re-applied and some of the recent, problematic windows patches are being re-installed.

Hunt groups only ring phones if the phones are all subscribed to the same vswitch (only vswitches are used in this environment).

Mitel TAC has not been very helpful, I've been going in circles with them for months. Any ideas?
