Problems after RCC update.

Just update rcc to 2.45.105.061. This move us from MySql to MSSql. After the update the RCC Install Verification Utility run, seemingly fine. I go to lauch RCC with takes me to localhost/rcc/main/login.asp and all i get is the following error:

We are sorry but we are unable to process your request at this time. If loggin has be activated this error has been recoreded.

Error Details:

Number: -1
Description: error in GetStrings
Source: CCRCore.dll

Anythoughts?

Reinstalled both RCC and allowed it to install its own java. No love.

CCRCore dll has not registered correctly.

Assuming you have installed RCC in the default location, do the following:

1) Start > Run... type cmd
2) In the command prompt, type regsvr32 -i "C:\Program Files\Nortel\Reporting for Contact Center\DLL\CCRCore.dll"
3) Close and reopen the browser
4) If it still occurs, press F5

If the RCC installation was elsewhere, the location of the CCRCore.dll would be in a different location.
