Problems after BCM 50 upgrade

I have upgraded my from 1.0 to 3.0. And have loaded the lastest patches. The upgrade and the patches went fine, but now im having an issue with not being able to log into the system through element manager. I have loaded the newest version of EM from the system once the upgrade to place. Another issue Im having is getting Lan CTE to work on the PC. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the app. But it just does not want to work. I have only been able to get it to work on 1 machine but Im having no luck on the 3 others. All of them were working just fine before the upgrade.
