Problems adding Subnets

I currently have 3 different subnets, all seeing each other via VNP connections. Running WIndows 2000 Active Directory, Windows 2000 servers, and windows 2000 Pro workstations.

I have tried CA tech support many times and get almost the same response everytime.

What I would like to do is have 1 Admin Server on Subnet 1 (10.1.0.0/24) control the policies for all 3 subnets. I can ping all IP's on all subnets, and can have all servers/workstations authenticate Active Directory, so I know all subnets have communication.

I can add the local subnet and configure all local clients from the admin consol, but when I attempt to add a new subnet, I am not able to attach to any client/admin server on any other subnet.

Currently I have 3 admin servers (1 local and 2 remote) and am running everything through terminal services. I want to do away with 2 of the admin servers and have it all through just one.

Any idea's as to what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.
