ok so i have two servers and a workstation, and on one server a folder is shared I have enabled routing and remote access, with the administrator account, on the second server I logged in under user1 and not the administrator/ (i probably did not enable routing and remote access on the second server) anyway I tried to connect to the vpn with the administrator account and it worked but i was logged into windows 2003 under user1

but when i tried to access a shared folder it said i did not have access, but all users have access to the folder.

just so i understand when implementing a vpn built into the operating system the shared resources will be displayed under network places, i have envisioned there is some kind of console or something that pops up and gives u the time of your life
