Problems accessing Element Mgr on BCM400

Can access pgm via the set but not Element Mgr. Worked fine yesterday but not today and access privileges have not changed.

No it's still at 1.4. Can launch Element Mgr. I t just won't accept any of the pswds that were programmed in the BCM.

Worked yesterday and cannot login today? Did you set password experation? If so, try this: log into the teleset, change the time and date back a couple days. See if you can log in with EM. If so , change some account passwords or turn off experation of passwords.

PS. BAlways be careful when changing system time, it may have effects on voicemail messages !!
