My computer has been doing this now for the last 2 weeks,(maybe once a day maybe once every two days) I'll be on desktop and when I double click on an icon, nothing happens. If I select the icon and hit enter, nothing happens, if I right click on the icon and either open it or explore it nothing happens.
If I double click the shortcuts, of anything in the system tray at the bottom of the screen nothing happens.
I tried editing my double click speed in control panel. I tried another mouse and keyboard. Doesn't help. This has only been happening as of recently, and if Irestart things work fine. Does anyone have a theory to wjhats taken over my PC
