I keep receiving this error message "a runtime error has occured do you wish to debug error in line..... when ever I try to access some page on the net or even when I'm trying to use the help windows 2000 on my computer...
Can someone tell me what this is? What is the problem?
I really can't figure it out...so please, suggestions would be welcome....
