We bought a 9670G that's behaving a bit out of the ordinary. We have a few 9620s that we have working just fine so I'm familiar with most of the process of getting the IP phones to work. This 9670G though is throwing me for a loop.
On the 9620s we can take over our digital desk extensions normally using our extension and password but with this 9670G we're unable to utilize any of our ordinary desk user extension credentials. And to top it off, if I try to utilize a dedicated VOIP user extension credential then it logs in but all I can see is "Phone" and "Features" on the screen. Nothing else on the screen and no dial tone.
I discovered that Avaya had an updated 46xxsettings.txt on their website but I wasn't sure if that would help since we really don't have all that much enabled in ours.
Any suggestions?
