Problem withg login on Mitel Platform

I have this problem that i experience when logging onto the mitel platform. This happens if i log on a platform of release 5 upwards and then log on lower versions, i will be able access the platform but can't do anything on it. i don't know how to solve this, any with the same experience help.

Try clearing the cache in internet explorer when this happens.

Which system are you trying to log into, and from what operating system and web browser?
