Problem withe mail entries to the calendar

I have this problem:

One of our gm users is getting a mail.
when he want to answer on it, then error massage displays:
(We have a serverinstallation with gm 6.7 ENG, 12 undocked user and gm 38 clients. I have this problem only with this one user).



The Cal record for the requestet E-Mail is missing!

Have someone an idea whats the reason for this message is?
