Problem withCaller Id With Name On PRI Facility

We have a G3-V9 release. We have 2 ISDN-PRI Trunk Groups.
We are getting the in-bound number but no Name. The service provider says they are sending the name as part of the facility message. The PRIs are out of a Lucent 5ESS.
Is there some where I am missing a translation to enable
this?

you can run ccs trace from esm , there is a document on mitel on line which tells you how. There is no option to toggle on or off name.

There is a known bug in current (and prior) Mitel 3300 loads concerning caller NAME delivery in the facility msg. On the mitel you do see name & number displayed on the instrument, but in your caller logs (scrollback buffer) you only see number, not the name. Happening with all 5ESS central offices and PRI with external inbound calls.
