Problem with zfd 2.0 application objects:
Twelve months ago installed zfd 2.0 on "server one". Due to problems on that server, installed zfd on "server two". "server two" has master replica of root (only) partition, while "server one" has R\W replica.

"Server one" is now dying, so we moved all home dirs to "server two" and changed home dir attrib of user objects accordingly. Then we disabled login for "server one". The only zen related issue we have is with the app objects (all policies etc are ok): with login disabled on "server one", users either don't get app objects on the desktop, or don't get them all (this is random: sometimes a few, sometimes none).

Servers are nw4.11, workstations are NT4.0.

I have run dsrepair on all servers with replicas, and checked partition sync...all seems ok.

any ideas?

Check where you are running the nal executable from. It is possible that it is still trying to run from Server1. Also I would check to make certain that the directories for your application object files have been moved to a directory on server2
