Problem with yahoo mail

Hi all

My gf is having a strange problem with Yahoo mail. When she tries to logon to yahoo mail either nothing happens or after a long time she gets a server not found type error. Now for the strange part (I think) She can log into the general yahoo site and look at her calender and address book. But when she clicks on the mail link..nothing. I can access my yahoo mail from the same pc with no problem. I cannot see any way to get support from yahoo. I could try from my mail but I would have thought that for security they would not help. Any ideas?

My first guess is that it's a 'secure site' browser problem. Can she access other secure sites like PayPal? If not, carefully read through the links in thread608-787739

I doubt it's a secure site issue. Didn't you say you could log on to your Yahoo email on the same PC and it worked fine? What it probably is, is that she has an email in her Inbox that is causing the issue. My suggestion, if you can't get in to delete it, is to contact Yahoo.
