Hi, I'm just a newbie with project, I would like to submit a very simple question to more skilled users.
I have this problem: I have planned a calendary setting of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (a continuous process). The snag is that, if, for example, I plan two subsequent steps (120m + 30m) in the Gantt Diagram the total time is not 2 hours and half, but it is 3 hours and half. This is because it has been added by default an hour of break.
The same happens when I plan a longer process, the system takes the non-working days and insert them into the total time.
I don't really know how to avoid that (N.B. I have just changed working time from 00.00 to 23.59 everyday).
Many thanks for your help.
