problem with voive converstaion

I used MSN MEssenger befor we moved and changed Internet provider. Now I can not use voice and video conversation. My computer give me error. Please, help, if you know.

Warning: Your computer, Internet provider, or network uses some type of Network Address Translator (NAT). Some NATs prevent successful audio or video conversations.
