Hi all

I have a strange problem.
We have 2 location, 1 location has BCM 200, and the other has BCM 50.
Till yesterday, everything worked fine.
I was looking at how to make a outgoing call on the remote location, using one of their lines, and i press disable on IP Trunks in Telephone resources. Immediately I pressed enable, and since then i am not able to make calls to the remote location.

I was checking the VoIP lines, they are configured, assigned to same pool(pool C) but the VoIP lines are not shown in Telephone->Lines->Active VoIP Lines.

I am getting message on the phone from which i try to call, no free lines.

What can be the problem and what can i do to fix it?

Thanks all for the help.

try to reset the FEPS service, that is the VOIP service, and see if they come back.

under the administration tab, then general, then service manager. FEPS is about 3/4 of the way down the list. hilight it and click restart on the bottom of the page

will this interrupt the current phone system or it will not?
I am just asking, so i can see if not do it a little bit later when we are not so busy.

I dont know if it affect ip sets, my systems only have ip trunks, and the FEPS service doenst affect anything but them.

similar problems have been highlighted in the IP Office forum from the same date.there it is related to a public stun server.
it may be worth reading thread940-1625466
