Problem with Voicemail Trusts

I have a client with voicemail that trusts from her phone. She prfers everyone to enter extension and password. I removed the V(name) from Source Numbers but now it does not ask the extension but it does the password. The cllient needs to check other boxes. Group mailboxes and individual. It worked before but something happened? Any clues? 3.2.57
 
Delete the user, save, recreate it, save, it should be back to default then, and work. make any adjustments you need to the new user.

change mailbox mode from IP Office mode to Intuity mode.

Intuity always ask for username and password.
 
You need to be careful if you are changing from IP Office to Intuity mode.

The mailbox controls are completely different so if your end user is used to IPO mode you may find they dont like Intuity.

Because of its feature richness it is more complex to control etc.

Theres a way to have both functionality, we have 2 shortcodes, *17 will bring up please enter extension and *7 will go right to Voice mail for the extension.
Although I also checked and we are in Intuity Mode.. when service provider installed IPoffice it was on that mode and we never changed it.. nobody complains.. but possibly it won't work as it does here in IPoffice mode
anyway for *7 we have feature Voicemail COllect and phone number of E
for *17 we have feature voicemail collect and telephone number of ?U
 
Yes but that does not change all of the mailbox controls that are different too.

Granted you can get round the enter ext thing but you cannot make the way the mailboxes work the same.

IS the user hot desked in? This will affect trusted number and V-mail access. Log her into her base ext and see if the issue goes away.
