Problem with Voicemail Recording

Morning

I am having an issue with voicemail in that when users try to access old or saved messages, the voicemail system asks you to record your name for 'system annoucements'. However, after you have done this it loops back and asks to record your name again and again and again...

I seem to remember having this problem before and it involved changing a registry key.

Anyone know of this issue??

Yes, change registry key........

localmachine/software/networkalchemy/voicemail/directories/minimummessagelength

It is set to 3 secs by default.

Take it down if you like.
