problem with voicemail calling receptionists

Hi all,
We are experiencing several strange issues:
1. our receptionists randomly receive calls from their voicemail. (only our receptionists who are in a hunt group)
2. Sometimes the receptionists are on a call with a customer and it drops the call and goes straight to the receptionist voicemail.

We use call attendant and have had that rebuilt along with rebooting the system and each phone.
We're using Cisco Unity version 2.1

Any help is appreciated!
