Hello,
I don't know how can I create voice message on generic numbers. For example number is 5090 (it's generic) and I want to create a voice message when someone phone at this number. First - voice message, second - phone should start rinnging.
Can someone help me?

There is no obvious way to do this.

You could try.....

-Create a hunt group with an RVA welcome message, record your message here.

-Add the extension that you want the calls delivered to as a member of the hunt group.

-Build a PELPI on 5090 that only points to the hunt group.

So the caller dials 5090, hits the huntgroup and gets the welcome message, then gets distributed to the phone.

You will need VSU card and licenses for Repeated Indivisual Diversion.

dubcu, what MD version do you have?

HI

It's possible on BC12 with RACEI command and Welcome message.
So easy[yinyang]

Hi fouesnant,
Sorry but when I'm using:
RACEI:DIR=5090,WELCOM=8;
RACEI:DIR=5190,WELCOM=9;
I don't receive such voice message at the beginning. Nothing is happening. Strange thing is that when I put welcom=1 instade welcom=8 I receive voice message. Voice message 1, 8 and 9 is recorded because I can play those messages from VSU. Please help! What could be wrong?
