PROBLEM WITH VIDEOS ON SLIDES...

Hi,

I'm creating an application in Flash and to make life easier for myself (and my co-workers)I decided to use the flash slide presentation system in Flash 8 professional.

This method is really cool for what we're doing and it's quick and easy to build up our content.

The problem I'm having is that on each slide I display a still image or a video but in the cases where the slide has a video when I navigate to the next slide I can still hear the previous video playing.

I know this should be something really simple but I'm relatively new to action script (I'm a designer) and I can't find a solution.

I'm using a loader component for the still images and an FLVPlayback to load in the video Flv's.

Any help would be appreciated.

If FLVPlayback.stop() doesn't work, a hack will be to load a silent dummy FLV.
