Problem with user move

I need to know how to stop a server from processing a move request..

More information:

Our Groupwise data base crashed and a restore from an earlier backup was required. When this was restored we found that the restore point was where we had just started to move a user. Now the POA where we moved the user too is trying to move the user but obviously the database doesnt exist there anymore. So I need to know who to retract the command

Please if anyone knows please let me know.
