I upgraded a 5.0 straight to 6.1 and have a down system, tech support explained to erase config. Then upgrade to 6.0 then to 6.1.
I had purchased the upgrade Lic for the system

I erased config but the release continues to show as 6.1 how do I convert back to 5.0?

Thanks

What kind of system do you have?
A 406 needs to go to 5.0.999 first.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Change the working directory to a folder with the R5 bins in then do the upgrade procedure or just load R5 manager and do a normal upgrade (even though it is actually a downgrade) :)

So i have to install all three versions of manager on my pc, are there any specific procedures to do this or as long as they are installed in different directories it will work.

thanks for your help.

No, as I said you can simply download the Bins folder and change the working directory to that bins folder, then you can do all upgrades/downgrades with one version of Manager, which is just as well as without messing about it will not let you run multiple versions anyway :)
