Problem with TV-OUT on Asus 8420, 4200 Ti

I can't select "Clone" in the Nview setup dialog.
What should I do to enable it. Or it has something to do with the video card?

I connected my 21 inch TV, through Video In.
Drivers used: Detonator 28, 30, 40.
