Problem with tracing rules

Hi,that's me again.
I have another problem with tracing rules - I succedded
to enable rule tracing , the problem now is that then
I use wpostemsg to send new message to Event Server, and
try to look at rules.trace file to see what rules this
message went through ,it seems like no rule has "catched"
this message (shows only rule sets names and doesn't go in), although it does display this message on TEC the way
a processed message (processed by rule ) should be displayed.The rules SHOULD catch all messages -I put them into first rule set,and the class it should catch is 'EVENT'.

a rule detail is only in trace.rules when something was done with the event, if in the rules is nothing to do with the event which comes in, just all compiled rules are shown as lines only without stepping in
