Problem with tracing rules

Hello all!
I have a problem with tracing rules - I added some rules
to default rule base, and compiled the new rule base with
-t option .I also started the Event Server with "trace
rule" option , and checked that the file \tmp\rules.trace exists. Despite all that , then I start the Event Server ,
and post a message ,I can see the message appear in my
Event Console, and it seems like the message has been
changed by my rules, but the rules.trace file remains empty

Please Help me to send Email event through Rule base contion and Action combination.
