I wonder if anybody can help me with a problem I currently have.
I have written a report which groups some detail data by client, group1, group2. Client and group1 are always populated but group2 may be blank. In the detail of the report I need to see info for all by client and group1 regardless of group2.
My problem is that in the report footer I need to chart some data grouping by group2 only, i.e not showing data from a blank group2. As I need to show all data in the detail I cannot use a group selection clause to filter out blank group2's. I have tried to use a running total filtering out blank group2's in the evaluate section but when producing a chart displaying this on the change of group2 I get blank spaces in the chart.
Any advice would be gratefully accepted.
