Hi !
I'm having a problem with GW 6.5 SP1b where one user has more than 5000 records in his user database.

This means that he can't login with the GW Client, it
crashes when trying to log in.

In the POA Console screen I get this error:
Error: More than 5000 records [D11B] User:present

(where present is the users GW ID)

This user has no mail, appointment, note, task, phone, profile or others items in his mailbox.

I have ran Analyze/Fix databases from Console One with the following boxes checked:
Structure,Index check,Contents,Collect statistics,Fix problems.

In the resulting log file there are thousands records like this:
Proxy record check

This user (present) is a special user wich all other users grant read/write proxy access to.
The total number of users in my GW system is 127.

How can I correct this problem ?

Problem solved !
See TID10055717 for info.
This TID basically instructs you to use the
special option PROXYFIX with GWCHECK.
