Problem with TLU79

We have: MD110 BC10 with suitable license, 2 x BRI from public telephony provider, TLU79. We can launch BRI only on the first interface (individual 0&1) on TLU79. It doesn't matter in which slot is TLU79. We have replaced board too. When we try setup other BRI on the same board - it doesn't works (SUSIP:ROU=xxx,TRU=ALL results BLOCKED). We have RODAI settings like this: RODAI:ROU=2,TYPE=SL60,VARI=10000000,VARO=06410000,VARC=00000354;
