Hello,

after a new creation of a link T2, the PBX gives me the following message:

TRIAL MODE : ACTIVATED, EXPIRES IN 9 DAY(S) AND ABOUT 4 HOUR(S)

is that the system will stop after this date?

and how to restore the previous state?

thank you

There have been many names associated with the 4K licensing, such as "Comscendo" and "Flex", but regardless of the name, when you created the new circuit you exceeded the license capacity. When the trial mode expires, that new circuit will stop working. Your older configuration will not be affected. If memory serves me correctly, two trial modes are available. You could use the second trial mode, but it too will expire. If you want to permanently expand the system, you will need to contact Siemens Enterprise Communications ("SEN")or a certified Partner for a new codeword, which will cost some money for the additional licensing. An alternative is to review your database and start deleting un-used phones, trunks, etc, which might free up enough B-channels for you to successfully implement this new circuit.

Siemens Enterprise Communications typically stops supporting major Moves, Adds, and Changes on older systems, which means that if your 4K is version 3 or older (perhaps even V4 or older in some countries), you might be required to upgrade the system to a more current version before a new codeword is issued.

thank you for all the information, I was afraid that the system stops
