Problem with the CMG

Hi all,
I installed and configured a CMG server, it is connected to a TSE 5.0
I also installed NOW and receive and make calls to the PBX.
The problem is that performing the procedure * 23 * from the phone that is not visible on NOW and Office Web and vice versa.
This procedure will not work on a digital phone them on a ip phone.
Any ideas?

Hi,
after several tests, the NOW inserts and removes the correct status of a phone, which is displayed correctly. The phone fits your status with the procedure * 23 * and is displayed with the NOW. But when the phone takes away the state with the # 23 # NOW continues to see the status of unavailability.
Also when I enter the state of non availability with the NOW, then this is displayed on the IP phone after about 8 minutes, why?
