Hi All,
I've a problem with telnet on signaling server. The username
is "client".
After a change of password on Call Server, the telnet to the Call server works, but to the Signaling Server doesn't works.

I have tried to telnet to SS with a user that works, and then
cslogin with "client" and works with new password. I have made
an EDD but however doesn't function.

I've searched in the ntp on "how to change password of a user of SS" and I haven't found nothing of specific.

Can anyone help me ?

The username and passwords are synchronized from the Call Server. As long as the link from the call server to the signaling server is good, then performing an EDD in LD 43 should update the username/password credentials on the signaling server.

Were you able to resolve this, I know that the CS & EM passwords are the same for the SS.

I am having the simular problem,

I am able to login through EM and use the virtual terminal but when I use Procomm and try to telnet through the Node IP to CS, the password is not recognized unless I log into the CS, change a login/PWD in LD 17 then perform an EDD. Then I am able to telnet through for a couple of days, then it seems to start failing again.

I have a CS1000M (pp4)release 5.5

Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same problem on CPPM rls5.5

Any one has discovered the problem ?
