Problem with tab function in Windows 98 Explorer...

For some reason, now when I try to tab to next field in Outlook Express or Internet Explorer, the next WINDOW pops up instead. Very annoying. Is there a setting to fix this? Thanks much!!!

Hi Waverboy,

Hit ctrl,alt,del and then just hit cancel. This should solve the problem.
