Problem with stored procedure on IFX10.FC5

I've just upgraded from IFX10.FC4 and the stored procedure I'm executing (which worked on previous version of Informix - IFX10.FC4 ) "freeze". I've tried runing UPDATE STATISTICS FOR PROCEDURE and drop and recreate the procedure but I had no luck in executing it.
Has anybody encountered that type of problem and can advice me on that ?
