Problem with starting Tomcat 5.5.9

I just installed 5.5.9 on a Windows 2003 box and every time I try and bring up the front page I get an HTTP 400 Bad Request. I am using JRE 1.5.0 and it doesn't seem to matter if I am using a JSP or HTML page, I always get the same thing.

If anyone has any ideas, then please let me know.
