Problem with SQL Enteprise

I use EPO 3.5 with SQL Enteprise and i get the following error in the server event viewer:
Error: 0, Severity: 19, State: 0
SqlDumpExceptionHandler: Process 51 generated fatal exception c0000005 EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION. SQL Server is terminating this process.

Do you know what it is and how i can fix it?
