problem with spybot.worm

Hello all

I am helping to administer a network and at the moment we are getting hit with the spybot.worm
We have an ISA server here and what I was hoping for would be some pointers in configuring the ISA box to ensure the spybot.worm doesn't get in in future.
Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated
