Problem with splitted CDR records

Hi,

i have a problem with splitted cdr records. All records are transfered to buffer. Special software takes records from buffer and here is a problem. Avaya send records splitted... mean that not full record, but in few parts. When software release buffer it lost last record which is not full. Is it possible to force to send full records by avaya, not in parts like now.

Are you using an external box like an Omnitronix or are you using software to capture the data?

The Omnitronix boxes should automatically append the CDR file so there shouldn't be a problem there. If you are using software, e.g. Kiwi Syslog, then you'll have to tell the software to append the file.
