Problem with SP2 and reboot

I am backing up a Windows 2003 server with SP2, I have the latest service pack for backup exec. I'm not sure if it is SP2 or veritas, it just happens to reboot during the backup job. I have other servers being backed up with SP2 though and they work fine. Is anyone else having any problems? I did some googling and searching here and didn't find anything.

More robots less humans!
