problem with sound in exported movie

I've exporting a Quicktime movie from Director but there are audible pops when sounds start, is there a way around this?

The sounds work fine in the authoring environment and also when published as a projector.

Hi,
I'm not sure why this is either, but you can try using the fadeIn() or fadeOut() to help you enhance your sound.

That didn't work in this case unfortunately but thanks anyway. Eventually solved the problem by exporting the sounds, flattening them into a single continuous file and reimporting.
