We recently moved hosting companies....from Verio to HostMySite.
We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. HostMySite hosts our email as well (Verio previously hosted email too). The problem is that we periodically have sent emails bounced back to us. We have set the account settings within outlook set to default to our our company, however the settings do not hold and revert back to Exchange.
This happens on all workstations, so I assume there is a setting on the server that is not correct.
Any ideas and suggestions are appreciated.
