Problem with SMI Workbench

ON a supervisor machine, received error:
"Unable to register data with statistics data propergator. Realtime display cannot continue" when attempting to open RTD. This was able to open on this one pc prior til today.

Also when closing out of the SMI Workbench it times out always and message that tehre is an window opne that is not responding and only the main smi window is open.

I want to try to uninstall and was told with previous person when I took over certain "steps" in the uninstalling processs...... Uninstall from PEPViewer the latest to oldest pep reboot then go to add/remove and uninstall Symposium

Any proper procedure on uninstalling?

The proceedure you indicated is the correct one. I have done it many times on Lab testing for this SCCS client.
